Contract and Product Description, updated August 1, 2020.
Contract
The "Contract" between MacRae Dukes and "Parties" is defined with this document.
This "Contract" is presented in its entirety with the accompanying "God's Welcome Message" email. No other addenda modify this "Contract." The "God's Welcome Message" email accompanies and presents this "Contract" for agreement.
mac warrants having the requisite power and authority to enter into this "Contract" on behalf of the true God and mac has the power and authority to perform her obligations under this "Contract."
This "Contract" will be valid for agreement when in the Under Consideration "Contract State."
Making payment constitutes agreement to the "Contract."
Italicized expressions are defined in the "Glossary." All "Contract" subject headings are in double quotes. "Contract" defined terms are title cased.
Serial Number
Each "Contract" is assigned a Serial Number to maintain and identify the "Parties" "Product."
The Serial Number is a random assignment of letters and numbers that is not duplicated across any transaction.
The Serial Number accompanies the "God's Welcome Message."
Write down the Serial Number.
This voluntary "Contract" is binding when the Responsible Party submits funds to zelle or cashiers check.
The "Contract" is binding as an agreement until Fulfilled or Terminated.
This "Contract" includes all documentation presented for producing the "Product" at the outset.
When the Subject Party email provided is for multiple individuals the "Precor Deus Serviō" "Product" is for all email box recipients (sans server technicians).
The individual MacRae Dukes is identified in this "Contract" as mac.

The true God, deity, God. The true God is defined as; God, God of Israel, God of Jesus, Almighty and true God. The One who created all things with His womb of creation the Christ, first creation of God.
Responsible Party, party making payment. This party both binds and agrees to the "Contract." The Responsible Party warrants having the authority to bind the Subject Party.
Subject Party "Product" recipient.
"God's Welcome Message" is the only addendum to the "Contract" and includes the "Product" and "Contract" data matching Serial Number.
The Responsible Party choses the email box for "Product" delivery.
The "Product Delivery" email address may deliver contents on multiple devices held in ownership by multiple persons.
The Subject Party are all persons who receive delivery through the provided delivery email address.
Authorize the "Product" work and commit payment to mac who will in turn create "Precor Deus Serviō" delivered to the Subject Party email.
"Work and Place of Work" define the tools and methodology. This is a fixed price "Contract." Coaching can be purchased and is explained briefly in "What You Can Expect."
This "Contract" is for the "Precor Deus Serviō." This contains His Message with appurtenant documents.
The "Product" delivered is titled "Precor Deus Serviō."
Description
The true God's prophet, mac, will address God in prayer and acquire 10 message scriptures under Holy Active Discipline for the Subject Party.
Multiple scriptures may be added during seeking to clarify the intent of the message scripture. These added scriptures are definition scriptures.
Under inspiration mac prepares a summary paragraph of the interpretation of the scriptures acquired. The user guide is also prepared under inspiration.
Each message scripture is photo documented and illustrated in the user guide.
The user guide explains how the method in the herald "How to Get God to Talk to You" is implemented.
Deliverable Packet
There are three components of the deliverable packet. It is a written report with the 10 message scriptures, a summary paragraph, and the explanatory scriptures investigated documenting the questions asked with an illustrated user guide.
The "Contract" "Product" is the message God wants to share with the Subject Party.
The objective is for the Subject Party to read God's message to themselves in prayer with Bible in hand in the state of "Spiritual Health" described in this "Contract."
The message will address concerns and issues you are facing that God does not want you to ignore, now.
Review the message while the "Contract" remains in the Active "Contract State."
Shepherding
During prayer hear the Voice of the Fine Shepherd, God, helping you understand His Message.
Include in your prayer, "How do I go about effecting your Will?" Asking to understand God's Will and for the sacrifice of the Christ to forgive your sins during every prayer is mandatory.
The "Product" submitted to the Subject Party may be printed for personal notation and study.
Distribution of the message outside of the "Parties" is prohibited.
The identity of the true God is now on the web at herald.macdukes.com.
You are free to decide how you want to move in your relationship with God.
God will offer you more opportunities to be glorified through Him doing His Will when you reach out to Him in future prayer when you appreciate His Message.
God is reading your heart and actions all the time. It is up to you to make Him an ally.
If a discrepancy between the email contract copy and the PDF web embedded contract exists, the PDF web embedded contract governs.
The charge includes the tools, materials, and talent to perform the Work in the "Contract" to produce the "Product." The charge for this "Contract" is the fixed rate of $3,600,000.00 in U.S. dollars.
There are no materials or fees appurtenant to creating the "Product" billed to the Responsible or Subject Parties. There are no additional billings.
The Responsible Party pays the "Charges" and accepts the "Contract" on payment.
There are no travel expenses or appurtenant fees associated with producing the "Product".
The "Contract" has the states; Under Consideration, Active, Terminated, Fulfilled, and Expired. These are described in "Contract States." The "Contract" will be in one discrete state at any given time. The life of the "Contract" can exist in as few as two of the stated "Contract States".
Under Consideration
Seven secular days from the date stamp of the accompanying "God's Welcome Message" email define the period when the "Contract" is Under Consideration. At any time during this period the "Contract" may be agreed to and enter the Active "Contract State."
Active
The default state of the "Contract" once accepted by the Responsible Party. The "Contract" remains in effect until Terminated or Fulfilled. The "Contract" becomes Active when the Responsible Party pays the "Charges".
Within seven secular days from the date of "Product" delivery to the Subject Party the "Product" is Under Review and the "Contract" remains in the Active "Contract State."
Terminated
The Responsible Party submitted a Refund Request. Liquidated Damages are collected after the 30 hour Cooling-off Period and prior to the "Contract" entering Fulfilled "Contract State."
Fulfilled
Seven secular days after delivery of the undisputed "Product" and thereafter the "Contract" enters the Fulfilled "Contract State."
Expired
When the Under Consideration period is exhausted the "Contract" is Expired.
"Contract" "Acceptance" is on payment and is voluntary.
"Contract" "Acceptance" is when agreement is made between mac and the Responsible Party.
You can develop the His Message scriptures on your own, over time.
This "Product" is no different than choosing to eat at a restaurant. With practice and over time an individual can develop a relationship with the true God, just like you can learn to cook. "What You Can Expect" lists articles that are effective tools for developing this relationship.
Payment for Product
zelle or cashiers check is the only acceptable means to pay for this "Product".
The Responsible Party makes payment through zelle or cashiers check. Making payment through zelle or cashiers check binds the "Contract" as an acceptable agreement between mac and the Responsible Party. The "Contract" enters the Active "Contract State" at the time of payment.
Processing a refund and the amount of refund received are described in "Refund Policy."
Liquidated damages are a part of this "Contract." These are described in "Contract Termination".
The "Contract" includes a Cooling-off Period for full refund described in "Refund Policy".
Cooling-off Period
The Cooling-off Period is the first 30 hours from "Contract" entering the Active "Contract State." During this period the entire sum paid will be refunded through zelle or cashiers check and the "Contract" Terminated without Liquidated Damages.
Cooling-off Period for Responsible Party
The Responsible Party is assumed to use the Cooling-off Period to confirm "Product" desirability. Refunds not requested in this time are assumed to verify "Contract" agreement with the Responsible Party.
Cooling-off Period for mac
mac uses the Cooling-off Period to confirm the true God's Will in delivering a Precor Deus Serviō "Product" to the Subject Party at this time. At a later time the Subject Party might be permitted to receive His Message if a refund is processed for the "Contract" now. mac uses the Cooling-off Period to return the funds under the true God's direction.
Will Under the Grace Period
God chooses individuals to receive His Message based on their willingness to do His Will. God determines if the will of the Subject Party is conducive to receive His Message. This means in their heart they are prepared to assume the consequence of His Message knowledge.
Liquidated Damages
Payment is made in full at the time of "Contract" acceptance. After the Cooling-off Period Liquidated Damages are retained when the Responsible Party elects Contract Termination. This includes Contract Termination prior to "Product" delivery.
Refund Requests
Refund Requests can be made by the Responsible Party prior to "Contract" Fulfillment. When the Cooling-off Period is Expired Liquidated Damages are paid for "Contract Termination" regardless of the Subject Party receiving the "Product".
When the "Product" is received by the Subject Party, the Subject Party must enter the refund statement in the box permitted on the refund request form.
The statement is:I am/represent the Subject Party at the email address xxxx@xxxxx.xxx. I prayed to God about the Precor Deus Serviō product I received. He stated, "This is not My message to you"
The subject email address provided is entered in place of xxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
The "Product" will be delivered on the first Tuesday at least four secular days from the date "Contract" enters the Active "Contract State."
Product Delivery
The "Product" is delivered to the Subject Party email when completed.
Investigation Period
Within seven secular days from delivery the "Product" is in "Review" for the Subject Party. The "Contract" may be Terminated in this time subject to Liquidated Damages.
The "Refund Policy" requires including the Refund Statement.
If Subject Party is not in the required state of "Spiritual Health", the right to Terminate the "Contract" is forfeit.
Building a relationship with God requires willingness to make personal correction. God instilled in all His creation free will. He also established His laws so that every being that comes into existence can learn that life emanates from Him.
When we live by is laws we prosper. The Christ fulfilled all of the requirements for sacrifice due to imperfection. Living according to God's morals and enjoying prosperity is the gift He gives when we make strides in knowing who He is.
With His Message the Subject Party consents to his shepherding and bringing his life into harmony with His will and reaping His blessings. If you are an individual who practices binding others with spells or channeling demons this Shepherding will be a heavy hand until you stop directing prayer away from the true God.
Be in an environment free of idolatry and distraction. Remove from the room you are in conducting a "Review" all crosses and religious; objects, totems, statues, and images of god.
Have yourself removed from the ashtray, incense, addictive products and all paraphernalia. Candles must be extinguished. No incense may be burning. A legal fire, is allowed.
Body
Your body must be clean the minimum hours stated from alcohol and addictive product influence.
Be forty-five minutes from your last "smoke" or vape. Seventy-two hours from your previous alcoholic beverage consumption. (Your body needs consecutive alcohol free days.) Be 30 days from your last narcotic use.
Individuals under narcotic influence do not possess the ability to enter the "Spiritual Health" required for "Review." God will put you in the place of overcoming your addiction if you make this a matter of prayer. Note: "God help me" counts here. (It's like crying out "Oh God" while the car rolls over off the interstate.)
Requirements for mac
These are in addition to the Subject Party requirements as applicable.
behaviour
mac must be obedient to her husband. She may not practice nor take into close association people who; fornicate, self mutilate, self-gratify, exploit, attempt to bind with a spell, or abuse others.
mac must see to the domestic and physical needs of her husband respecting the personal boundaries and limits of each. She may not force her will on others. mac is to conduct herself with a spirit of thankfulness, cleanliness, and optimism.
Body
mac may not consume, utilize, or linger in the presence of those using; cigarettes, vape products, pot, narcotics or drinking alcohol to access.
mac may not consume blood, gluten, yeast or commercial sweeteners (i.e. dextrose and corn syrup.) She must be seventy-two hours from alcoholic beverage consumption.
mac may not indulge body art (including henna) and piercing. She may not wear pierced jewelry.
mac categorically refuses blood transfusions and donating blood.
Dress in the Presence of Others
mac must have her head substantially covered.
mac may not reveal the definition of her genitals. Pants must obfuscate the definition of her crotch and buttock cleavage. This means genital definition is never discernible nor mimicked. She may never display cleavage at her bust. This means the definition of her labial folds nor buttock is never discernible. Clothes worn during contract hours need to extend a minimum of one inch below the crotch when running.
Her dress must be fit for purpose even during personal hours. She may enjoy the comforts of a public topless, but not nude, beach at her choosing.
Work to be performed is defined in the "Product Description." When the "Contract" is Fulfilled all "Work" defined will be completed.
Bible Used
The official Catholic bible, New American Bible, Revised Edition is used. The method of acquiring each scripture is using the steps outlined in How To Get God To Talk To You.
Spiritual Health
mac is in a state of Spiritual Health described in this "Contract."
Environment
mac is in a physical setting approved of by the true God described in "Place and Persons of Work".
Dialogue
mac's Prayer to God is a stream of dialogue between them.
Dialogue between them is why the "Product" can be produced.
Will
mac works to achieve God's Will. She is His servant.
Place
This "Contract" is Fulfilled at the location of the true God's choosing within the time contractually bound for fulfillment.
The location of work is unencumbered by physical and mental distractions.
It is a smoke free environment. There are no burning candles or incense. A legal fire may be burning.
mac's "Privacy Policy" is to maintain the minimum required by law "Parties" information and keep it separate anonymously filed in only one isolated location from the "Product." "Privacy Protection" explains how this is accomplished.
Server data does not have any way of remembering "Parties." The SQL maintains "Contract" Serial Numbers, the eight digit signature, the Subject Party email address, and date of "Contract" creation only.
zelle or cashiers check is implemented to keep customer financial data private from the "Parties" information maintained to meet legal requirements of tender and tax records.
Data Maintained
Legal minimum Responsible Party "Contract" information to satisfy Federal and State requirements is maintained along with the "Contract" Serial Number and Subject Party email is maintained in the Micro-Data System.
The Data Maintained in the Micro-Data System includes; time stamps for transmittals along with the transmittal type to the "Parties", and the amount of moneys received for the "Contract" with their time stamp.
Data Maintained satisfies the minimum legal requirements for potential regulatory audits.
The "Product" is maintained using the "Contract" Serial Number only with no other identifying information on a separate computer system. Computer systems with network capabilities maintain emails. For your protection only reference the Serial Number for all "Product" transmittal emails.
Micro Data System
Data Maintained is in an isolated micro-computer system with no world wide web access. The system has no network capabilities. Data Maintained is manually added via keyboard or thumb drive. This is the Micro-Data System.
The offline data micro-computer is maintained in undisclosed locations known only to mac. The micro computer can connect to a wired keyboard, usb drive and monitor only with no other terminals. The drive capacity is greater than eight billion customer records. It is backed up to two thumb drives kept in separate locations. No "Product" information is stored in this system.
The Data Maintained is encrypted under password in an industry standard csv file.
No Financial Records
zelle or cashiers check maintains records for payment and mac does not extract customer financial data.
Retrieving "Products"
To retrieve a "Product" the Serial Number is needed. The "Product" will only be sent to the Subject Party email.
mac retains the copyright assignment of the "Product".
Intellectual Property
During the Subject Party Investigation Period of His Message the wise are going to understand more than the summary interpretation of the "Product" shared. The foolish however will have little understanding of the summary interpretation.
The foolish need to pray to know wisdom.
The wise will grow in their understanding of issues that are perplexing them. They will even make discoveries as a result of what God leads them in understanding because they were blinded by common misconceptions.
God does not allow his righteous gifts to be mocked. His gifts will not be permitted to be used to exploit and impoverish others. He will allow you to profit by the writings of His prophet while enjoying credit for philanthropic contributions.
Subject Party, enjoy your intellectual property and all of its legal rights the world over.
The "Product" is a tool for those who are attempting to jumpstart their thinking in harmony with the true God.
This "Product" will help you address the perplexing issues that are challenging you. The true God is anxious to assist his sheep in improving their lives and developing personal relationships with each one of them.
Reproduction of the "Product" for distribution outside of the Subject Party is prohibited.
"Parties" agree to take reasonable and necessary measures to protect non-public, confidential, or proprietary information related to the "Product" from disclosure to third parties or the public.
Confidential Information
As used in this "Contract", Confidential Information means all information previously or subsequently disclosed between "Parties" or observed by "Parties" that is identified as being proprietary and/or confidential, or that, by the nature of the circumstances surrounding the disclosure or "Parties" observation, reasonably ought to be treated as proprietary and/or confidential.
"Parties" Confidential Information includes, without limitation, information relating to the identity of "Parties"; customers, vendors and the methods "Parties" uses to obtain them, "Parties" financial information and funding sources, information regarding "Parties" employees or contractors, and "Parties" Sensitive Information. "Parties" agree not to use Confidential Information.
Sensitive Information
Any information that if known by other than the "Parties" would cause embarrassment or bring harm to a remaining "Party".
Confidentiality Owed "Parties"
"Parties" agree not to disclose remaining "Party" Confidential Information.
"Parties" will immediately return or destroy remaining "Party" Confidential Information and documents, not pertaining to the "Contract", in their possession or under their control upon demand.
"Product" Confidential
The "Product" is regarded as Confidential Information for the Subject Party and is handled according to "Privacy Protection." The "Product" is copyright protected with all rights reserved for mac.
The act of "Contract Termination" from an or all "Parties" places the "Contract" in the Terminated "Contract State."
mac will submit a full refund to the client if she elects "Contract Termination." The Responsible Party may terminate the "Contract" for any reason by submitting a refund request from the product www.macdukes.com/p-d-s-refund.php web page order form.
The right to Terminate is forfeit when "Spiritual Health" is ignored during the Investigation Period.
Liquidated Damages
In the event of "Contract Termination" before "Product Delivery" and after the Grace Period a sum of $736,100.00 U.S. will be paid as Liquidated Damage by the terminating "Party" and not a penalty. In the event of "Contract Termination" after "Product Delivery" a sum of $2,863,900.00 U.S. will be paid as Liquidated Damages by the terminating "Party" and not a penalty
Once the "Contract" enters the Fulfilled "Contract State" all "Parties" agree there are no damages.
Mutual Agreement to Terminate
mac or the Responsible Party is free to terminate the "Contract" at any time prior to entering the Fulfilled "Contract State."
The "Contract" is formed under Texas law. Payment is in U.S. Dollars.
Any dispute under this "Contract" will be resolved under Texas law and must be brought in the State of Texas. Attorney’s fees shall be borne by the losing party.
The "Contract" can only be modified with a written addendum signed by both parties. The "Contract" defines the documents for the entirety of the agreement.
This "Contract" shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of, the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this "Contract" shall be held to be invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, voidability, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision, and this "Contract" shall be construed as if such invalid, voidable, illegal, or unenforceable provision did not exist.
No party is relying on representations outside of this "Contract." The promises stated in this "Contract" and the monies received are the consideration for the formation of this "Contract."
mac works exclusively for the interests of the true God. Time is allocated to multiple parties to fairly meet contractual obligations of all in a timely manner.
In performing under this "Contract", all applicable governmental laws, regulations, orders, and other rules of duly-constituted authority will be followed and complied with in all respects by both binding parties.
When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the plural.
When the context requires, masculine, feminine or neuter genders shall be interpreted to include the other genders.
The descriptive headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and they are not intended to have any effect whatsoever in determining the rights or obligations under this Note.
Precor Deus Serviō -- This is the "Product" defined in this "Contract" and includes His Message.
His Message -- The 10 message scriptures found under inspiration and presented in the "Product."
"This is not My Message To You" -- The phrase you will hear by Holy Active Discipline if you dispute with God in prayer His Message.
God's Welcome email -- This is the automated reply sent to the valid email provided. A copy of the "Contract" is attached to the email.
Holy Active Discipline - The hand that God uses in effecting his Will. This, inaccurately, is translated in bibles as holy ghost and holy spirit. This is an abuse of God's Spirit which is a separate gift from the work of his hands, Holy Active Discipline.
Under inspiration -- This is a state of dialogue and physical submission to God to bring about his Will.
Defining scriptures -- These are scriptures used to clarify the Message Scriptures for the interpretive paragraph. These scriptures are noted in the User Guide but are not illustrated.
Prayer -- This is communicating to God with mental intent.
Binding Parties - mac and the Responsible Party.

Work -- All aspects of creating the "Contract" product.
Dialogue -- Two way prayer. After years of dedicated Bible reading and learning God's identity He brings us into his confidence and builds a friendship with those He choses. God engages in dialogue when it brings about His Will. Recognize the sacrifice of the Christ throughout dialogue with God.
Voice -- The voice of God is inaudible expression in our native language registered in our mind that conveys with it the certainty that what we perceive we hear is from the one who is, was and always will be.
Him, He, His, My, Me -- Pronouns for God in sentence structure.
Will -- What God has decided is to come into being. It is referred to as His purpose as well.
Spirit -- This is God's mental focus of energy on His creation. It is a perfecting force of energy.
Secular days -- Days of the Gregorian calendar. Count days without omission.
In lieu of and in addition to this product an individual at any time can pursue a relationship with the true God. The herald articles listed are a good starting point for building an understanding of God's identity that leads to friendship when you seek to do God's Will.

When the Subject Party questions God in prayer regarding the Precor Deus Serviō"Product" He will state, "This is not My message to you" if the message scriptures were not for you.
Praying to God when you are reading the message scriptures is advised and expected during your Investigation Period.
God will continue to Shepherd you and engage you when you follow theHow to Get God to Talk to Youguidelines.
Using the guideline How to Get God to Talk to You, God will add scriptures to the message scriptures. This is to help you better understand the things you need to do to live according to His will.
mac does not engage in superfluous or marketing correspondence.

At God's request, mail sent to Dody Street will be returned to the sender unopened at any convenient time for mac.

The "Contract" is a means to protect "Parties" interests treating "Parties" fairly. Terminating a "Contract" does not terminate mac's regard.
