This "Contract" is presented in its entirety. Only the Holy Bible modify this "Contract."
God warrants mac has the requisite power and authority to prepare this "Contract" on behalf of God, God warrants the "Party" after Two Week Fasting is performed and God Penny submitted to mac, has the power and authority to demonstrate, live, the obligations under this "Contract."
This "Contract" is valid for agreement after "Party" petition God in prayer. The "Contract" is enforceable by God once the Two Week Fasting is performed and God Penny is submitted to mac.
Italicized expressions are defined in the "Glossary." All "Contract" subject headings are in double quotes. "Contract" defined terms are title cased.
This voluntary "Contract" is binding when the Party performs fasting to God and submitts their God Penny based on type of Shepherding consented to.
The "Contract" is binding as an agreement until Fulfilled or Terminated.

Shepherding is a state of living where an individual seeks leadership from God with the decisions and choices of their daily life. The Party reaches out to God developing an relationship with Him, learning God's identity and law, and moves forward each day with increasing direction from God as their relationship grows. God is the One who blesses righteous behaviour through natural law and His Holy Active Discipline (previously identified as Force) making provision for His faithful. Disobedience to God's righteous laws means He steps aside, even turning His back in disgust, allowing the individual to find the god they are seeking by their conduct and live those consequences. During shepherding, God is directing His faithful away from Satan and toward the kingdom of the Christ.
Both parties bind and agree to the "Contract." The Party warrants having the authority to bind themselves.
The Holy Bible and t-h-r-i-v-e Alignment are the only addendum to the "Contract."
Authorize "Shepherding" from God.
"Work and Place of Work" define the tools and methodology. e-s-c-a-p-e Consulting, coaching, is a separate contract service explained briefly in "What You Can Expect".
This "Contract" is intended to be printed and signed by the "Party" and maintained as a reference document.
The postmark sending the God Penny constitutes the effective date of this contract. God will not allow any person to conduct the requisite fast until they are ready to enter the "Contract."
This "Contract" is for Shepherding from God. Headquarters and Herald of the Fine Shepherd contain the syllabus and education for growing a relationship with God, the Fine Shepherd.
The "Product" under this "Contract" is shepherding from God.
Shepherding is being directed by God. When God's Holy Active Discipline is acting on an individual it involves their entire awareness. This awareness is emotion, cellular and mental.
Your emotions will be heightened when God is training you in His feelings about a matter. Expect to be viscerally angry over fornication. He might choose to make you wish you were dead.
Your body will be physically aware from head to toe (sans keratin) that God is directing you. He uses cellular awareness to make you think about His inspired expression.
Engage in open and direct dialogue with God throughout the day. When He calls your name, let Him know you are listening in the name of Jesus. "In Jesus name, I'm listening" is good.
Eradicate fornication. This amounts to serving only God, not god while benefiting from righteousness extinguishing wickedness with your own hands. God accomplishes shepherding because the "Party" maintains the "Spiritual Health" described in this "Contract."
Shepherding addresses concerns and issues you are facing that God does not want you to ignore, now.
Dialogue is a gift of God's Holy Active Discipline where His inaudible voice registers in the prayer center of your mind. This provision of His force may include word visions. These words that God delivers include visual tools. A common vision is to see in your mind's eye the word or words being spoken as if from both sides of the mouth simultaneously. (Think of a liar here.) (This puzzle Oscar Reutersvärd or M.C. Escher erased over.) Another is as if an animal is speaking. Look for the lion. These clues reveal the word meaning. Pay attention to the sounds-like clues. Recall the voice like rushing waters or a trumpet?
Asking to understand God's Will and for the sacrifice of the Christ to forgive your sins during each secular day is mandatory. When God calls to you answer, ""in Jesus name I will listen."ing."
Distribution of this "Contract" outside of the "Parties" is prohibited.

God will offer you more opportunities to be glorified through Him doing His Will as your knowledge of Him grows.
God is reading your heart and actions all the time. It is up to you to make Him an ally by asking Him to read your mind to assist you in understanding yourself.
Shepherding for a Day accomplishes "Shepherding," and "Shepherding Objectives" as defined in this "Contract" without "t-h-r-i-v-e Alignment." Shepherding for a Day does not include "Shepherding Dialogue."
"Shepherding for A Day" is accomplished because the "Party" mantains the "Spiritual Health" described in this "Contract."
Shepherding address concerns and issues you are facing that God does not want you to ignore, now. God is giving you an example of living a day under his direction where you perform His will.
During God's Daily Verse and following How to Get God to Talk to You you will hear the voice of God. You will not experience a stream of dialogue. During prayer, with bible in hand, hear the Voice of the Fine Shepherd, God, helping you understand His will that you are working out. Include in your prayer, "How do I go about effecting your Will?" Asking to understand God's Will and for the sacrifice of the Christ to forgive your sins during each secular day is mandatory.
To enter a state of Shepherding for A Day pray as described on the /shepherding.php web page. Perform the 84 consecutive hour fast as described in "Fasting". Do not send a God Penny to mac Dukes.
Write t-h-r-i-v-e Alignment into an addenda between you and God to establish how your own will becomes part of God's shepherding for you.

The "Contract" has the states; Under Consideration, Active, Terminated, Fulfilled, and Expired. These are described in "Contract States." The "Contract" will be in one discrete state at any given time. The life of the "Contract" can exist in as few as two of the stated "Contract States".
The period when the "Party" is reading the "Contract" and petitioning God in prayer before performing the 84 hour requisite fast define the Under Consideration "Contract State." Shepherding for A Day does not include signing the "Contract." After the two week fast is performed the "Contract" is signed (agreed to), the God Penny is mailed to mac, and enters the Active "Contract State."
The default state of the "Contract" once accepted by the "Party." The "Contract" remains in effect until Terminated or Fulfilled.
Tear the "Contract" in two pieces and destroy it. Destruction is, shred, or burn.
Resurrection in God's Kingdom, memory in tact.
After Party commits fornication with malice the "Contract" is Expired.
The contract no longer exists between "Parties." Returning to the old diet and abandoning Bible reading voids the "Contract."
"Contract" "Acceptance" is voluntary.
"Contract" "Acceptance" is when agreement is made between Parties after the t-h-r-i-v-e Alignment addenda are written by the Party.
The fast remains.
After the requisite fast, mail one penny (any denomination) to MacRae Dukes, 4622 Dody Street Corpus Christi TX 78411 with your legal name and physical address and a self addressed stamped envelope. mac will mail the envelope. Think of this as a God Penny.
The "Product" is delivered to the "Party" from the time the "Contract" enters Under Consideration until Fulfillment, Termination, or Void.
Building a relationship with God requires willingness to make personal correction. God instilled in all His creation free will. He also established His laws so that every being that comes into existence can learn that life emanates from Him.
When we live by is laws we prosper. The Christ fulfilled all of the requirements for sacrifice due to imperfection. Living according to God's morals and enjoying prosperity is the gift He gives when we make strides in knowing who He is.
The Party consents to God's shepherding. This means developing a friendship with God. Before the "Contract" is Active the Party and God will kindle their friendship. That is the only way the 84 hour fast in harmony with God's law can be completed. If you are an individual who practices binding others with spells or channeling demons this Shepherding will be a heavy hand until you stop directing prayer away from the true God.
Live in an environment free of idolatry. Remove from the room you conduct God's Daily Verse all crosses and religious; objects, totems, statues, and images of god.
Have yourself removed from the ashtray, incense, addictive products, and all paraphernalia. Candles must be extinguished. No incense may be burning. A legal fire, is allowed.
BodyAbandon fornication.
Do not consume, utilize, or linger in the presence of those using; cigarettes, vape products, pot, narcotics or drinking alcohol to excess.
Do not consume blood, gluten, yeast, or commercial sweeteners (i.e. dextrose and corn syrup). Categorically refuse blood transfusions and donating blood.
Dress in the Presence of OthersDo not reveal the definition of your genitals. Pants must obfuscate the definition of crotch and buttock cleavage. This means genital definition is never discernible nor mimicked. Clothes need to extend a minimum of one inch below the crotch when running.
Dress must be fit for purpose. Enjoy the comforts of a public topless, but not nude, beach at your choosing.
A fast is spending the time mandated limited to consuming only coffee, tea or water (without any additives). A two week fast is prolonged fasting and requires supplements and the month of preparation. (This month is 30 consecutive secular days plus eight hours.) For an 84 hour fast the preparation is seven secular days.
God sees the doings of all His creation. Any individual performing an 84 hour or greater fast is granting God consent for "Shepherding for A Day" under His will. Regardless of their knowledge of this policy. (Satan has read this.)
Eliminate the consumption of yeast fermented products (i.e. beer, wine, and bread), gluten containing products (i.e. wheat, and barley), commercial sweeteners (i.e. corn syrup, and dextrose). Returning to eating these foods voids the "Contract." While "All" things are health by Peter's dream our gluttonous society is poisoned by things that should have been a rarity (or never genetically engineered) in our diets. God makes it possible for His servants to follow His diet.
Supplements during fasting, vitamin-C, D, K, B-Complex, iron, calcium, and fatty acids omega-3. God will direct you in the supplement to purchase and the daily quantity morning and night. If you are confused it might mean you are not in the right store for the supplement He wants to use. God uses this period of fasting to improve your health and prolong your life.
The 84 hour fast duration is three consecutive secular days plus 12 hours. This fast serves two purposes. The first is for an individual to experience the benefits of Shepherding for A Day. The second is a preparation for an individual to perform the two week fast. An individual petitions God, in Jesus name, to commence the 84 hour fast for either preparation for the two week fast or Shepherding for A Day. Individuals will easily handle this fast for 83 hours. On the 83 hour petition God, in Jesus name. Ask Him if He wishes for you to break the fast at that time. He will direct you eat under two circumstances. One is that you are not ready to commence the two week fast. You can use you bible to determine why. If He ultimately requests that you eat: it means if you are a single person you are not ready for the two week fast, if you are a married person you will need to perform a second two week fast on behalf of your spouse at a later time. You do not fast longer than two consecutive weeks at a time.
All "Work" is performed by "Parties".
This is a confidential "Contract. Fasting is performed without self-pity.
Keep your contract in an accessible and protected location. Electronic format on a remote drive is preferred over a password protected cloud server.
mac maintains a "Party" list on a non-internet accessible location with security measures appropriate for the location.
mac retains the copyright assignment of the "Contract" sans addenda.
The Party will grow in their understanding of issues that are perplexing them. They will even make discoveries as a result of what God leads them in understanding because they were blinded by common misconceptions.
God does not allow his righteous gifts to be mocked. His gifts will not be permitted to be used to exploit and impoverish others. He will allow you to profit by the writings of His prophet and enjoying credit for philanthropic contributions.
Party, enjoy your intellectual property and all of its legal rights the world over.
This "Product" will help you address the perplexing issues that are challenging you. The true God is anxious to assist his sheep in improving their lives and developing personal relationships with each one of them.
Confidentiality is owed between "Parties".
"Parties" agree to take reasonable and necessary measures to protect non-public, confidential, or proprietary information related to the "Product" from disclosure to third parties or the public.
As used in this "Contract", Confidential Information means all information previously or subsequently disclosed between "Parties" or observed by "Parties" that is identified as being proprietary and/or confidential, or that, by the nature of the circumstances surrounding the disclosure or "Parties" observation, reasonably ought to be treated as proprietary and/or confidential.
"Parties" Confidential Information includes, without limitation, information relating to the identity of "Parties"; customers, vendors and the methods "Parties" uses to obtain them, "Parties" financial information and funding sources, information regarding "Parties" employees or contractors, and "Parties" Sensitive Information. "Parties" agree not to use Confidential Information.
Any information that if known by other than the "Parties" would cause embarrassment or bring harm to a remaining "Party".
Confidentiality Owed "Parties"
"Parties" agree not to disclose remaining "Party" Confidential Information.
"Parties" will immediately return or destroy remaining "Party" Confidential Information and documents, not pertaining to the "Contract", in their possession or under their control upon demand.
The "Product" is regarded as Confidential Information for the Party and is handled according to "Privacy Protection".
The act of "Contract Termination" from an or all "Parties" places the "Contract" in the Terminated "Contract State."
Once the "Contract" enters the Fulfilled "Contract State" all "Parties" agree there are no damages.
God or the Party is free to terminate the "Contract" at any time prior to entering the Fulfilled "Contract State." God demands that the contract be surrendered to mac to be torn in two and destroyed upon Termination by Him.
The "Contract" is formed under Texas law. Payment is in U.S. Dollars.
Any dispute under this "Contract" will be resolved under Texas law and must be brought in the State of Texas. Attorney’s fees shall be borne by the losing party.
The "Contract" can only be modified with a written addendum signed by both parties. The "Contract" defines the documents for the entirety of the agreement.
This "Contract" shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of, the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this "Contract" shall be held to be invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, voidability, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision, and this "Contract" shall be construed as if such invalid, voidable, illegal, or unenforceable provision did not exist.
No party is relying on representations outside of this "Contract." The promises stated in this "Contract" and the monies received are the consideration for the formation of this "Contract."
mac works exclusively for the interests of the true God. Time is allocated to multiple parties to fairly meet contractual obligations of all in a timely manner.
In performing under this "Contract", all applicable governmental laws, regulations, orders, and other rules of duly-constituted authority will be followed and complied with in all respects by both binding parties.
When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the plural.
When the context requires, masculine, feminine or neuter genders shall be interpreted to include the other genders.
The descriptive headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and they are not intended to have any effect whatsoever in determining the rights or obligations under this Note.
Shepherding -- This is the "Product" defined in this "Contract" and includes the t-h-r-i-v-e Alignment addenda.
Holy Active Discipline - The hand that God uses in effecting his Will. This, inaccurately, is translated in bibles as holy ghost and holy spirit. This is an abuse of God's Spirit which is a separate gift from the work of his hands, Holy Active Discipline.
Under inspiration -- This is a state of dialogue and physical submission to God to bring about his Will.
Prayer -- This is communicating to God with mental intent.

Work -- All aspects of creating the "Contract" product.
Dialogue -- Two way prayer. After years of dedicated Bible reading and learning God's identity He brings us into His confidence and builds a friendship with those He choses. God engages in dialogue when it brings about His Will. Recognize the sacrifice of the Christ throughout dialogue with God.
Voice -- The voice of God is inaudible expression in our native language registered in our mind that conveys with it the certainty that what we perceive we hear is from the one who is, was and always will be.
Him, He, His, My, Me -- Pronouns for God in sentence structure.
Will -- What God has decided is to come into being. It is referred to as His purpose as well.
Spirit -- This is God's mental focus of energy on His creation. It is a perfecting force of energy.
Secular Days -- All the consecutive days of the Gregorian calendar. Count days without omission.
