This typical week, Roman based names and all, is the beginning of understanding the significance of weeks. Did You Observe the Fractional Dissagreemnt Equality? 3/6 and 8/18 are the same time, just as, 5/6 and 15/18, of course, 0/1 were also the same -- ha ha.

Only the eighteenth fractionals were demonstrated in the table for simplicity. (It was bad enough having two unequal fractions.) Twenty degrees in each hour and a half. Thinking of dynamic movement as occuring is useful when thinking of time. Don't treat time as a static variable without reminding yourself of that in the problem statement as a given.
