These are gluten-free manly cookies from mama mac's kitchen. This dough will resemble a core sample 2"dia. x 16" long after all ingredients are combined and pressed onto parchment paper and rolled to resemble a core sample. Wrap the core sample in plastic wrap to prevent drying out in the fridge. The dough is good for a week in the fridge and needs to sit 2 hours before cooking.

To Cook

Slice off 1/3" thick disks and space on a greased cookie sheet or cook on parchment paper in a 325 F oven for 12-15 minutes. The middle of the oven is good. The top of the oven is hotter and the bottom of the oven tends to burn the bottom of the cookies before the top gets golden from caramelisation of the sugar.
